Heather Lynn Smith is an Accessibility Specialist with NJ TRANSIT. She is responsible for providing NJ TRANSIT Bus, Rail, and Light Rail Operations guidance as it relates to accessibility. She identifies problem areas and provides technical assistance and training to the staff. Heather also coordinates the outreach efforts to inform the public of NJ TRANSIT's accessible services through marketing materials and public presentations. She has been with NJ TRANSIT for approximately two years and prior to this position she worked as a Certification Liaison in the Access Link Program

Al Dominguez is the manager of the Access Link Operations Center and Access Link Customer Service group. He manages a staff of over 30 telephone agents who assist Access Link customers using the service and is responsible for overseeing Access Link service delivery. He has been with NJ TRANSIT for 22 years. Prior to joining the Access Link program, Mr. Dominguez worked at NJ TRANSIT's corporate Customer Service group for ten years.
