Thru Our Eyes is produced by the The Northeast New Jersey Chapter of the
National Federation Of The Blind
Present responsibilities include the following:
Possibilities Fair for Seniors, design room layout, secure speakers, media participants, notifications to Residential Communities, grant applications for funding, and other details related to the actual event.
National Convention Exhibit Hall Coordinator for Sponsors, vendors and Affiliates/Divisions.
Develop Meet the Blind Month (MTBM) activities on a local and national level. Provide suggestions to Affiliates and Chapter members to increase their activities and fundraising during MTBM.
Develop/plan/execute the annual Celebration event at the NFB Jernigan Institute, Members Hall. Next event is scheduled for April 2006.
Imagination Fund- Work with Mr. Kevan Worley, Chairman, and Izzie Menchero, on this national fundraising program.
