Mark Lucus has been the Exec Director for US Association of Blind Athletes since 2001.  Asst. Ex Dir for USABA since 1993.  Director of Recreation for the Foundation for the Junior Blind in Los Angeles, CA, 1985-1993.  Masters Degree in Threrapeutic for Cal State Northride, CA and Bachelors of Scince in Recreation from THE Ohio State University.

Attended the 96, 00 and 04 Paralympic Games as Team Leader for USABA and the USOC.
