Within 30 seconds our helper will reply and this dialogue box will change into a chat screen where he/she will help you get the answers you are looking for.
If no HELP representative is online the above ICON will appear. You may click this icon to ask your question. The dialogue box on the right will pop up where you can instantly send us an email with your question. Just enter your email address and your question where indicated. We will respond with an answer within 24 hours.
From time to time one of our representatives may 'sense' that a visitor is having difficulty with a particular feature on our site by their repeated page loads or other activity. In this case you may have the icon on the right pop up on screen. This is our representative pro-actively asking if you need help. You have the option of accepting or rejecting the chat help.
